Returns & Exchanges

At Critical Role, we want you to love your adventure-ready gear, but if your loot isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
